The Thinker .. His Importance and Vision Towards The Future

- The thinker is every human who produced some knowledge, the knowledge of facts. Hence the search for truth criterion, based on searching methods; is the initial criterion for the THINKER. The thinker in his relation to the issues of the era and reality, unlike the poet, cannot, first, detach himself from truth, or, second, himself from his era's issues. And since the truth is seeking an issue or a matter, the thinker is the one who divulges the matter or issue analytically and constructively, and assumes a solution, and seeks to make his assumption a public knowledge, and this is the SECOND criterion to measure the thinker. And if the thinker is the producer of knowledge, related to truth, exposer of issue and solution; the necessary condition to accomplish this is FREEDOM, which is the third characteristic of the thinker.
- The importance of the thinker does not reside in him telling the (truth), or succeeding in explaining and elaborating the admitted and deliverd (facts), but he might, sometimes, stand the rightness, and he might mistake many of his viewpoints; yet his importance resides in his evaluations and assessments, since he does not weigh victories unless with the best, and does not see the best but in the yet un-accomplished.
- So the thinker has the ability to discover mistakes and imperfections that no other has, plus he does not fall for a word, adhere to a habit, assure to a familiar, or insure the slave-like human beings, because the more a human's responsibilities rose the more ferocity he rained on the free men under his dominance.
- Hence vanity is the farest of the thinker's characteristics, and modesty is the nearest to him, since you find him stand for the animal, the plant, the nature, or the unlucky humans enthusiastically, while enduring harassment, and not to mention disdainfulness and blame.
- And one of the thinker's characteristics is commitment, for the Arabian thinker is necessarily a committed thinker, since the current Arab's reality characterized with fate-connected issues does not allow one to think beyond it, if the thinker defines his mission as a nation's thinker. For instance, the current Arab issues include: submission, disruption, identity, Palestine, fractionation, criticism .. etc.
- A nation suffering these issues needs a thinker committed to a sole word, not a thinker who fakes, or creates issues irrelevant to his community and nation's fate. When we can say without guilt that a group of people who currently write about the Arab with minds seeking but personal benefits decorating reality; are but an indivisible part of the current decadence phase we are trying to overcome. Defending present fractionation using: privacy, dominance, not interfering with inner issues, and respecting country borders; is an attitude of a self-centered writer. And the public presence of an erudite defending tyranny, glorifying a tyrant; is way more dangerous than the tyranny and the tyrant.
- And what is the value of the thinker if he is not a rebellion to his reality for a better one, especially if reality beholds the potential for a better world.
- And the extended thinker vision towards the future is of a depth that it would puncture time with a personal emotional and mental hunch. And when another is inattentive, thinks land has been mended for him, its fruits bent to him, and its monsters silenced; HE watches for time evolution / circle, rushing to belittle the (high), and rise the (low), warning and inviting the straightest ways and most successful useful methods in perceptiveness, cautiousness to welcome the new conditions.
