Samsung Launches Blood Pressure Monitoring App
The next few months will be very busy for the grand tech brand Samsung because the company is preparing to launch several unique products to revive and refresh markets around the world. Recently Samsung started to roll out its most anticipated blood pressure monitoring app for the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2; the South Korean market gets to be the first to try out the anticipated health-friendly app by Samsung. The brand has previously promised to launch the ECG support for the Galaxy Watch Active 2, but apparently this will take a longer period of time!
The newly released blood pressure monitoring app for the Samsung smart watches will enable the user to check and measure his blood pressure regularly, whenever he needs - and with no need for additional equipment. After the new app has been successfully approved in South Korea, Samsung will start to present the app in other countries for all users of the Galaxy Watch Active 2.
In order to monitor the blood pressure, the user must first calibrate the Galaxy Watch Active 2 and the app with a regular cuff. After that the user can easily measure the blood pressure anytime he wants through his pulse wave analysis and the wrist sensors. The Samsung Health Monitor App will compare - and deduce results from - the calibration value and the change in the blood pressure to give you exact details of your current blood pressure.
